Jack McCarty, D.O.
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Jack McCarty received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University. Dr. McCarty specializes in family medicine and has been certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition to his family practice and minor emergency care, Dr. McCarty has been providing Flight Physicals since 1985. Dr. McCarty is the only regional Senior Aviation Medical Examiner equipped to transmit Air Transport Pilots’ EKG reports directly to the Aviation Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
He is a member of several professional organizations including: American Osteopathic Association, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association where he is currently serving as President, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and Texas Society of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians..
Dr.McCarty and his wife, Cindy, have one daughter and two sons. In his spare time, Dr. McCarty enjoys hunting, scuba diving, and spending time with the grandchildren.
Dr. McCarty chose a career in healthcare because he enjoys interacting with his patients and he wants to be able to help people.
