For example, if you need a primary care provider for routine medical care, the provider you see at this location can treat you for such things as management of diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol or routine annual physicals.

Urgent Care is available for your urgent, non-life threatening medical needs such as flu, sore throat or a minor injury on a walk-in basis.

Our professionals also perform Occupational Medicine services such as DOT and pre-employment physicals and drug screens.

They will sign you up for this free, secure service and you will receive this information via your mobile device such as your smartphone or tablet. All they will need from you is your email address and a 4 digit PIN. You will get an email from MyTeamCare and then you will be able to complete your registration at that time.
